Douglas Elliman Realty announced the winners of the 2022 Ellie Awards on March 10. The awards honor the firm’s top-performing agents throughout the nation for 2021. This year, Texas Realtors from Austin, Dallas, and Houston topped the list of honorees this year.

“This past year was special for Texas. We expanded our footprint to Austin and Dallas, opened new offices, and welcomed more than 200 outstanding brokers to the team,” said Stephen Kotler, Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman Realty’s Western Region. “We are thrilled to celebrate the impressive achievements of our brokers in 2021 and are looking forward to their continued success in 2022.”

The Carroll | Eltis Group, Al Coker & Associates, the Polsky Messer Team, Arthur Greenstein, and The Kelly Pearson Realty Group represented the Dallas office of Douglas Elliman in the Pinnacle Awards that celebrate agents that made over $1 million.

In 2021, the firm closed more than $937 million in sales volume in Texas, a 105 percent increase from 2020, and saw a 79 percent increase in the number of transactions from the prior year.

“While 2021 was another challenging year, our talented agents drove our extraordinary growth through their creativity, collaborative work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit,” said Scott Durkin, Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman Realty. “I am incredibly proud of their collective and individual achievements as well as their personal and industry-wide sales records. I am honored to present them with these well-deserved Ellie Awards.”

Nationwide sales for Douglas Elliman in 2021 totaled $51.2 billion as the company continued its nationwide growth into new markets. The firm was responsible for approximately 59,550 sales and rental transactions.

“We are enormously proud of our unflagging agents and teams who contributed to the enormous success we achieved in 2021,” said Howard M. Lorber, Executive Chairman of Douglas Elliman Realty. “It is because of their dedication and hard work that we were able to shatter our sales record with more than $51 billion in sales volume. A monumental year by any measurement.”
