Happy New Year DallasBy the time you read this, it will be 2014! We wish you a wonderful New Year and may 2014 bring you even more real estate success than 2013.

And 2013 was a banner year!

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, we are thinking of you with love and appreciation for sticking with us and our crazy real estate obsessions! We are growing so fast, we now reach more than 22% of Dallas — the “right” 22%! Folks are liking us in Fort Worth, Southlake and Plano, too! We have some new things in store for you in 2014, so we invite you to stay more tuned-in to CandysDirt.com than ever before.

Meantime, we want to share a lovely message received electronically (of course) from one of the city’s top agents. It was so sweet, it made us tear up a little bit to know how much we are loved.

I only wish you knew how much we love you — agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, appraisers (MWAH!), lenders, closers, real estate lawyers, title gurus, vacation home developers, stagers, inspectors, auctioneer’s, distributors, landscape architects, designers, architects, and home builders, HOME BUILDERS ON THIS SITE — oh you geniuses who construct and create these edifices that we fall in love with and drool over!

Real estate makes the world go round, and you all make real estate REAL!

Now, here is the lovely note we received from Scott Carlson (tissue, please). It’s one of many we have received over the holiday, and all we can say is, DITTO:

Dear Candy,

Thanks for all your support, creativity, and all that you do for The Dallas Real Estate Community. You are awesome. I really appreciate the article you published on Forest Hills as well.
Wishing you a Beautiful and Happy New Year Filled with Peace, Abundance, Joy and Adventure.
Scott Carlson
