Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Celebrates its Superstars Across North Texas

A note from Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty president and CEO Russ Anderson:
I am surrounded by excellence. Everyday, I see what the agents of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty do for their clients — and each other. Guide the deal. Remove the obstacles. Calm the nerves.
It is remarkable. And, in 2024, with challenges such as still too few homes available and a stock market that once again rode like a roller coaster, they propelled the brokerage to $2.4 billion worth of happy clients, goals met and dreams achieved — which happens to be more than in 2023 and also our 11th consecutive year of multibillion-dollar sales.
No one does it like them. They adapt to every change in the industry, the economy, and their clients’ lives. They are the best of the best.
And now that 2024’s numbers are finally crunched — it takes a little time in our industry to tally all the figures — we recently celebrated some of that success with our Awards of Excellence celebrations across North Texas.
Here is who took home some top prizes:
Our top residential team, companywide, is the Jobst Randall Group, based in our Turtle Creek office and made up of Ralph Randall, Madeline Jobst, Michael Wong, and Cat Kurzner.

Our top ranch-and-land team, companywide, is once again the Burgher-Ray Ranch Group, based in our Dallas/Turtle Creek office. Its members are David Burgher, Harlan Ray, Clay Bebee, Connor Hunt, Davis Walker, and Barbara Kurilecz.
Our top individual residential agent, companywide, is Kim Bedwell, in our Southlake office (shown below).

Our top individual, companywide, in our ranch-and-land office, is Tyler Thomas (shown above).
And, now, here are the top teams and individuals in each of our offices:
Fort Worth: Top team: The Raleigh Green Real Estate Group (Raleigh Green, Megan Green, Stefany Nau, Pierce Snokhous). Top individual: Ashley Mooring.
Lakewood: Top team: Vawter Clark Group (Brooke Vawter, Jason Clark). Top individual: Jordan Zitoun.
The North: Top team: Rosemary and Madison Real Estate Group (Rosemary Tonoli, Madison Hughes). Top individual: Gina Lester.

There are many more awards — including for mentorship and philanthropy — and I want you to come see them all at briggsfreeman.com/top. Behind those awards, too, are hard-working assistants, staffers and brokerage leaders — not to mention the finest clients in the world.
Thank you, everyone. We love achieving excellence, together.
Beautiful. And so very true‼️
Congratulation to all!!!
I had the great fortune to meet Jordan Zitoun. He is a phenomenal real estate agent!
