A Vision for GFWAR’s Future
With more than 4,900 Realtors and affiliate members, GFWAR has been a cornerstone of Fort Worth’s real estate community since 1918. The association is dedicated to advocating for property rights, advancing ethical standards in the industry, and fostering professionalism among its members.

GFWAR CEO Suzanne Westrum praised the incoming board’s leadership.
“The leadership and innovation of the GFWAR Board of Directors are truly remarkable,” Westrum said. “Our members will greatly benefit from the forward-thinking efforts of Paul and the entire Board as they work on their behalf.”
As the governing body, the GFWAR Board of Directors will set the strategic direction for the association, with a focus on supporting its members and promoting housing opportunities in the Greater Fort Worth area.
Their next event, Coffee Talk, takes place on Jan. 24 featuring Realtor Alisha Austin of Homes In Heels. She’ll speak on “Value Is Not a Four-Letter Word”: Know what services you legally can provide as “value” to the real estate transaction and those services from which you must refrain.
