Cleburne: From ‘Where?’ to ‘Wow!’ with New Homes by Dallas-based Landsea and Ameritex

“Where is Cleburne?” We’ll admit we Googled the city name we’ve heard of, but couldn’t quite put our finger on its location. The answer: South of Fort Worth, where the whole Johnson County city is buzzing with new activity after their baseball-themed mixed-use development came to town — The Depot at Cleburne Station. But amidst the buzz of new commercial ventures, Dallas-based Landsea Homes is crafting a different kind of destination with Belle Meadows.

“Belle Meadows was designed with today’s homeowners in mind, offering beautiful, energy-efficient homes in a neighborhood that embraces both modern living set in natural surroundings,” Will Grimes, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dallas-Fort Worth Division Landsea Homes, said in a release. “We invite all prospective homebuyers to explore this wonderful new community and tour our recently opened model home.”

The community consists of 33 single-family homes ranging from 2,050 to over 3,200 square feet with options for three to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Modern gourmet kitchens include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a spacious kitchen island, and a huge pantry. The homes also include breakfast nooks, luxurious garden tubs, walk-in closets, backyard patios, utility rooms, and a double garage. Homes are priced starting in the low $400Ks.

Belle Meadows is located in the heart of Cleburne, just minutes from local schools, parks, and recreational opportunities. Residents enjoy a prime location with access to Chisholm Trail Parkway and local treasures such as pristine golf courses, dining, and shopping. Cleburne State Park is an ideal spot for the outdoor enthusiast with its natural beauty and limitless trails.

Courtland Place by Ameritex Homes

Landsea is just one of several residential homebuilders expanding in Cleburne. Dallas-based Ameritex Homes is actively developing new homes in Cleburne. They recently broke ground on their second residential community in the city. The Craftsman’s Corner community 

“Dallas Fort Worth is the fastest growing metroplex in the nation. We remain committed to bringing affordable newly constructed, energy-efficient homes to developments across the metroplex. Cleburne is located just half an hour south of Fort Worth, and is a great place to live, work, and play,” Richard Dix, Founder and CEO of Winchester Carlisle Companies, said in a June statement. 

Ameritex Homes has started construction on the first of over 60 new homes planned at Courtland Place, located east of town and within walking distance of the Cleburne Sports Complex. The community at Courtland Place will be comprised of three and four-bedroom homes starting in the $200,000s.

Ameritex Homes are energy efficient and boast elevated features, including 9- and 10-foot ceilings, granite and quartz countertops, open living spaces, brick exteriors, and landscaped yards. Communities also offer a semi-custom design experience for the buyer, with curated interior options, including Modern, Farmhouse, or Traditional finishes.
