Be honest, we all like to get a sneak peek don’t we?  Whether it’s trying to just unwrap a Christmas gift a teensy-tiny bit to see what kind of box a gift is in, or scouring the Web for hours and hours to learn about the next Star Wars movie before it is released…we love it!

Today you’re in for a special treat.  Coming soon in 2020 will be the penthouse of the Neil P. Building in Downtown Fort Worth.  You came to the right place for a sneak peek!

Originally a cotton exchange, the Neil P. was transformed into luxury condominiums in 2004

The Neil P.

Built in 1921 as an 11-story cotton exchange for the Neil. P. Anderson Cotton Company, the building was transformed in 2004 into luxury condominiums.

For years the penthouse was an empty shell waiting for an owner to buy it and design it as they saw fit.  Once the 4,100-square-foot dwelling was purchased the owners got busy making it a fantastic display of vintage, new, modern, and luxury.

411 W. 7th Street, 1101 – The Penthouse

You know you’re in the lap of luxury when you step off the private elevator into a foyer with a waterfall built into the wall.  Not to be outdone is the large glass wall that gives you a sneak peek into the 500-plus-bottle wine cellar.

Many captivating features in this penthouse — such as the foyer with the glass waterfall in the wall.

The penthouse is now a veritable genius with the latest technological advances to turn on lights, set the mood, control functionality and so much more, all from an app on your smartphone.

The home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a command center, secret storage areas, high ceilings, large windows, a billiard room, and so much more, such as a 6,000-square-foot rooftop terrace!

Putt Putt & More

In case you get tired of hanging out on the huge rooftop deck with the various views and lounge areas and of course the bar, multiple TVs and the observation area,  grab your putter and head over to yet another open area and work on your stroke.

Who wouldn't want to sneak a few putts on this green?

If you look closely in the window of the white building to the left — you can just about see many people green with envy.

If golf isn’t your thing, enjoy a nice beverage from the circular bar.

To the left of the bar is spiral staircase that leads to the observation tower

Not a bad place to sneak a peek at the stars

Furnishings Included

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is going on the market in January.  It will be listed by Ashley Mooring of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International for $5.95 million.  The penthouse is being sold with all furnishings included — what a deal!

The lights surrounding the 6,000 ft. rooftop deck can change colors…mood lighting!
