Yes, this is a great deal in the Sunset Hills neighborhood right near Sunset High School. Its just a stoens throw from Kessler Woods.
I know there will be those who will dismiss the area as "too transitional", but I remember when they said that about the area between Kings Highway and Winnetka Heights just 10 years ago. And of course WH was a bit rough just 20-25 years ago.
We live just on the other side of Hampton from this home ( in Ravinia Heights) and it's all great. There deals in our area, Kessler Plaza, and NorthCliff.
This one wont last long.!

One of the reasons I bought in Sunset Hill this year. Isn't the rule you buy low and sale high? (although I don't think I could move) Most of the new listings are refurbished properties but there are very few, so it's a great chance to get in North Oak Cliff at a modest price. The neighborhood association has remerged and this neighborhood will be moving from transitional to very sought after in 5 to 10 years. Sunset Hill, definitely a neighborhood to watch.
