Mike Modano Talks Dallas Real Estate, Great Neighborhoods, and Where He’s Going to Live Next…

Mike Modano and GFIt all started when we posted Mike Modano’s $2.495 house on Mimosa for sale this week. (It’s orgasmic.) Somewhere, somehow the rumor started in that he was leaving Dallas, maybe for LA? Mike’s biz manager, Tom Fireovid, contacted me to clear that up — sometimes in this internet world you end up linking to the info that may not be entirely accurate. Listen up as Mike sets the record straight:

CD: Mike – you are selling that gorgeous house on Mimosa, and there are rumors swirling that you aim to leave Dallas, get out of Dodge. Tell me it is not true!

MM: Not at all, my girlfriend Allison and I love Dallas and have made it our home. (Photo of Mike and Allison at Klyde Warren Park grand opening.)

CD: Thank you Jesus! How many homes have you owned in Dallas, including Mimosa?

A: Mimosa would be number 6.

CD: You are our kind of real estate guy! What was your favorite thing about Mimosa?

MM: I think the location. Great area and close to everything.

CD: Our market is hot – what will you do if it like sells tomorrow?

MM: We’ve got a couple places in mind already that we’re looking into. So hopefully it sells quickly.

CD: What are some of your favorite neighborhoods in Dallas?

MM: Preston Hollow without a doubt.  I love the White Rock area as well though.

CD: Any idea where you may be moving next?

MM: Some where else in Preston Hollow.

CD: Really! Fantastic! Can you name three great things about Dallas Real Estate?

MM: For the most part it holds its value, sports tons of great little neighborhoods, and lots of great realtors to work with — like David Nichols.
