And Champs d’Or is being auctioned off at this very minute. Whoever said real estate news wasn’t exciting?

I’m excited to bring you a home fresh on the market (so new, in fact, I will have to link later!) very south of LBJ, in West Highland Park for $434,970. This home is on Mockingbird Lane with a must-needed rear-entry gate so you can skirt all that rush hour traffic. I like it because it has been redone so well on the interior, is in a great convenient location and to be honest, it is pretty cheap. It has a colonial feel with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, study and sunroom complete with Saltillo tiles that you find a lot of in San Antonio.
