Thursday Three Hundred: A Most Eligible Listing — Buy This And Get Lucky With the Ladies Every SINGLE Time…

So this is where he takes all his conquests! 9031 Clearhurst Drive. I feel like this is Testosterone Week here on CandysDirt.com with all the big, handsome, hulking homes we are featuring. Well, now I may just have the best bachelor pad of them all: this is the home of Dallas Most Eligible star Matt Nordgren. And yes, this is where it has all happened… the Master bedroom. Oh the stories those sheets walls could tell! I had to dial up my good friend Cynthia Smoot, since she is the expert when it comes to these Reality Show stars. First of all, she was super-impressed to hear that 28-year old Matt actually owned a house!

“It’s impressive that someone his age owns a fully furnished, decked-out house, that he’s   that far ahead!” says Cynthia, who added, blushing: ” I think he’s precious!”

The bachelor pad looks like a guy lives there… here… and decorated the place, but it’s very put together. I think the upstairs guest bedroom is charming. Wonder who sleeps there?

The top socialite for the 30-something set is not dating anyone seriously. Cynthia says he’s really focused on his  foundation, The Leadership Foundation.org.

The master bath is pretty knocked out, and you can tell those leather couches in the living room have been very, ah, shall we say, settled in.  Great kitchen with strong, solid, virile black granite counters, undermount sink (of course) and stainless appliances. The home is 2285 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a garage, built in 1999 in a tranquil neighborhood (no one hears anything up here) called White Rock Villas. Matt is moments away from the new Lake Highlands Town Center when he needs an extra bottle of Merlot. He has a great floorplan, too, with the updated kitchen, large master suite,  upstairs gameroom, recently repainted deck and greened up back yard. Of course he turned bedroom number three into an office, doesn’t every guy?

The asking is $319,000, actually lowered from $329,000. But I think we need to jack this price way up because besides all the nice house goodies here, this home has a special Karma: surely Matt’s luck with the ladies will rub off on the next homeowner, or at least float around the rafters. P.S. Speaking of hot, check out Matt’s listing agent. I can’t wait to make him one of my Hot Properties!

hilarious entry, Candy, lots of laughs.

i like the big windows in the kitchen, it's an unusual configuration. is it situated up on a hill or is that just an optical illusion? the driveway seems sloped
