Go Rangers Go! Turns Out Derek Holland Is One of My Neighbors…

Update: He’s Derek Holland, but he’s NOT the Rangers player Derek Holland. This Derek is in medical sales, and his agent is Clay Stapp. Yes, they have the exact same name. Darn it, I thought we had a Ranger in the ‘hood!

I remember when he bought this house, last March 2010. In fact, I remember when the 5696 square foot home was built in 2009. We used to drive right by all the time. The home started as a lot attached to the home next door, who then sold and parceled off the .70 acres. I must say, I did not realize the lot was that big. The home backs to a greenbelt with power lines. It has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, four living areas, a beautiful outdoor living area with waterfall and pool, gosh we cannot see that from the street!  Also 21 foot ceilings, handscraped wood flooring, travertine tile, granite counters, chef’s kitchen with abundance of storage, as we can see ceiling to floor cabinets. The master has sitting area with walk in closet that wraps around to a study with shelves, rare these days. Looks like they picked up this number for $935,000 — now that’s a home run!
