Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s is moving to a sleek new address: 3131 Turtle Creek, a sleek, International Style office tower at the corner of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Cedar Springs Road. The brokerage is adding an entire floor to its operation, increasing office square footage to a whopping 22,000 square feet.
