Dude Perfect’s Portfolio Is Growing — and Their Next Trick Shot Hits Theaters Friday

Dude Perfect fans will be flocking to big screens for a change this weekend as the Dudes take their show to a theater near you. “Dude Perfect: The Hero Tour” opens Friday, Sept. 26, and fans are ecstatic to say the least, with one fan saying the live show-based movie will be “the next ‘Taylor Swift Eras!'”
The Dudes may not have Taylor Swift dollars yet, but by the looks of their growing real estate portfolio, it won’t take long.
If you’re not familiar, Dude Perfect is that group of guys who created an empire out of trick shots, stunts, and outlandish videos that created a signature sports and comedy style on YouTube and beyond. They took their show live and on the road to massive audiences, which culminated in this movie. The Texas-based fivesome originally came together as roommates at Texas A&M University, where they created their first videos.
Today, Dude Perfect has become a multi-million-dollar brand that’s synonymous with fun. Or crazy, as evidenced when Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott let Dude Perfect demolish his Prosper home.
The crown jewel of their portfolio is Dude Perfect HQ3, an 80,000-square-foot content creation hub that opened at The Star Business Park in Frisco in February 2025.
Designed by Richardson-based Alliance Architects, the creative offices feature an NBA-sized basketball court, a 40-yard indoor football field with a goal post, a 6-hole golf course, a climbing wall, and a pickleball court that are all camera-ready and mic’ed for production. The building, which is not open to the public, also houses Dude Perfect’s art department, video production facility, and office suites for the five co-founders.
But the property doesn’t just function as a space for content creation. In addition to community events featuring high school and professional athletes, plans are underway for a retail store located next to their headquarters and a $100 million theme park with investment from Highmount Capital.
As they moved into their famously fabulous new digs last year, they uploaded a video tour, “We Built The World’s Greatest Office.” If your job is to play hard, then the Dude Perfect headquarters is without a doubt, the very best.
