Fort Worth Magazine’s 25th-annual Dream Home is now open for tours, offering the public a glimpse inside a 6,931-square-foot Napa Valley-inspired estate perched atop one of the highest elevations in the private Montrachet neighborhood. The single-story showhome, built by The Morrison Group with interiors by Susan Semmelmann and architecture by J. Wilson Fuqua, blends rustic California charm with modern Texas luxury. It’s listed by John Zimmerman of Compass RE Texas.

Located at 4557 Saint Estephe Place, the home includes four bedrooms, four full and two half baths, a three-car garage, and sweeping views from its hilltop lot. Interiors feature natural stone, lime-washed walls, and wood-beamed ceilings — all evoking a wine country aesthetic with a Fort Worth twist. The open-concept layout flows through spacious living areas, a sleek chef’s kitchen, a private office, and outdoor entertaining spaces designed to take full advantage of the surrounding landscape.

The listing is represented by John Zimmerman of Compass, one of Fort Worth’s top-producing agents and a longtime supporter of the magazine’s Dream Home initiative. His group is handling all tour appointments and marketing efforts, bringing visibility to one of the city’s most high-profile residential showcases.

Proceeds from this year’s tour benefit A Wish With Wings, a Fort Worth-based nonprofit that grants wishes for Texas children with life-threatening medical conditions. The home is open for tours Thursdays through Sundays, from May 31 to June 22.

Now in its 25th year, the Dream Home program highlights luxury living in Fort Worth while supporting local causes. This year’s setting in Montrachet — a luxury community near Fort Worth’s west side — underscores the neighborhood’s rising profile and the continuing demand for large-lot, custom homes within reach of city amenities.

John Zimmerman has listed 4557 Saint Estephe Place for $4.99 million.
