Expanding Fort Worth

Breaking into the Fort Worth market was a key move for @properties Christie’s in 2024.

With powerhouse broker Michael Hoover leading the charge, this luxury brokerage set itself up to capitalize on one of the Metroplex’s most important markets growing to over 40 agents by year-end. Ft. Worth continues to grow its agent base and specifically, experienced agents to their Land + Ranch division.

As the brokerage continues to build dominance throughout the luxury market, strategic hires and expansions across all offices were key in 2024.

DFW grew from around 70 agents at the end of 2023 to over 150 agents by the end of the year. The brokerage added another 100 agents to its’ Austin expansion in its first year giving @properties Christie’s over 250 luxury agents servicing clients in the DFW metroplex, central Texas & Austin, the Hill Country, and San Antonio. The goal for 2025 is to keep that momentum and continue to focus on the best agents joining the company.

Innovating Market Approaches  

@properties Christie’s kicked off 2024 by redefining their development strategies with an all-new Developer Services Division.

The experienced leadership team added in February 2024 allows the brokerage to offer best-in-class marketing, sales strategies, brand development, and comprehensive support to developer partners. By bringing together industry experts from multiple disciplines, this division defines what it means to think outside the box and landed over $1 billion in development projects in the first 11 months. Another huge announcement regarding these partnerships will occur later this month.

Collaborating with @properties Christie’s Developer Services Division, artist Hally Thatcher’s House Port listed two eco-forward properties in Lockhart, Texas.

These distinct designs blend contemporary aesthetics with sustainable features like energy-efficient SIP walls, solar panels, and Tesla Powerwalls. As one of the initial DSD projects, House Port was an innovative way to showcase just how dynamic @properties Christie’s is across the full spectrum of high-end real estate.
