The CandysDirt.com team and a select group of Realtors gathered at the Morrow on Daniel recently for some heavenly Herb’s House coffee and a look at luxury leasing opportunities you’ve never seen before.

We also gained insight into what’s happening in the luxury leasing market from Jamie Furrate, President of Curtis Specialized Moving and Storage, and Betsy Cameron, Senior Vice President of Operations at Ebby Halliday.

“Almost 9,000 people a month move to the Dallas Fort Worth area,” Cameron said. “That’s about 300 per day, and they need a place to live immediately.”

This is why luxury leasing is so critical right now.

Searching for an existing home or finding an architect, interior designer, and builder for a new house takes time. Investigating different neighborhoods and touring schools is an enormous undertaking, and staying in a hotel is certainly not an option. Luxury leasing has never been more important in filling that need, and Stainback Luxury Residential does it better than anyone.

This family-owned and operated company specializes in luxury leasing in the Park Cities and has over sixty completed or in development. The Morrow on Daniel is a luxury residential leasing product we have not seen before, and it’s down to the vision of the company’s founder, Kent Stainback.

“We want to build homes we would love to live in,” Stainback said. “We did not see why a rental property could not be as luxurious as a custom home, so that was our goal.”

I think you will find they met and exceeded that goal. Every townhome at The Morrow on Daniel has a private residential elevator, Pella windows and doors, soundproofing, tankless water heaters, smart home technology, and garages with electric charging capability. Of course, your pets are welcome!

Furrate’s moving company has an unmatched depth of experience in relocating high-net worth individuals. They know what they not only need but also what they expect.

“We may be moving someone from an 11,000-square-foot home in Chicago to Dallas,” Furrate said. “Everything will go into storage while they wait for a new house to be finished, and they want to be in surroundings that are on par with what they left while they wait. They want proximity to restaurants and shopping, and if they have children, they want to be near good schools.”

Stainback considered all of this when he selected locations for his luxury leasing developments. The Morrow at Daniel is two blocks from Southern Methodist University, in the heart of the Park Cities. You can walk to everything in Snider Plaza, including many restaurants and shops, exercise options, and even dentists and law firms.

“We are here to help with what can be a very stressful time in life,” Stainback said. “We want to partner with Realtors to ensure their clients have a smooth transition to Dallas. We not only have a luxury residential product, we also provide a concierge atmosphere to ensure they are well cared for.”

You aren’t just leasing a luxury townhome. You are leasing a luxury lifestyle.
