Champion Finds Perfect Match With Allman

Share News:

For her clients, Skylar Champion works to find their perfect match in a new home or selling their current one for the best price.

When Skylar, who is consistently ranked as a Top Producer, D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agent and a Lakewood Advocate Top Agent, went looking last year for a real estate brokerage that would help her maximize her talents and experience, she found her perfect match with Allie Beth Allman & Associates

Now one of the newest members of the Allman team, Skylar believes she made the right choice.

“Our values mesh with theirs,” Skylar said. “The Allman team gives us great support in strategic marketing and a presence in the luxury home market.”

From the initial client meeting to the closing table, she gives her clients a luxury experience regardless of the price.

“We are so excited to have Skylar join us,” said Allie Beth Allman, the executive director and founder of the luxury real estate firm. “She has done well translating her experiences as a teacher in Plano and the Park Cities to helping clients find homes across Dallas and especially East Dallas. She and her team will continue to do well in this wonderful city.”

Skylar said she knew she was with the right firm when she met Allie Beth. “She is a phenomenal woman,” Skylar said.

A native of Fort Worth, graduate of TCU and now a resident of Lakewood, Skylar said she wants to grow her client base and knows Allman will open doors to even more high-end properties in the firm’s strongholds of Highland Park and University Park.

Skylar is already benefiting from Allman’s powerful strategic marketing programs and loves working with other agents in the firm, which include some of the best in Texas.

“They help us help my clients,” Skylar said.

Of particular interest is welcoming her buyers to the firm’s private database of homes that are never seen on the public websites.

Skylar, the mother of two children who attend the Lakewood schools, has co-chaired the Lakewood Home Tour, which raises thousands of dollars each year for Lakewood schools, and served as historian and home captain for the Lakewood Home Tour.

She has been president of the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA and board member of the Long Middle School PTA. And she is the Lakewood Stallion Strong Fundraising Chair.

Her passion for the history and future of Dallas shows in her work, and her knowledge of the neighborhoods allows her to give great insights to the many families moving here. Those lasting relationships, she said, are a key to her success.
