Chase Duran Joins Allie Beth Allman & Associates

Only three years after graduating from Texas Tech University with a master’s degree in business administration, Chase Duran has joined Allie Beth Allman & Associates, the luxury leading brokerage in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The Arlington native is a natural entrepreneur. While still in college to be a doctor, Chase purchased his first property, which he sold last year at the height of the market.

He fell in love with real estate, and that experience of negotiating his investment inspired him to alter his career path to become a Realtor instead of a physician.

Chase, who loves helping guide home buyers and sellers on what is probably their largest investment, is excited to join Allman’s elite real estate entrepreneurs.

This spring, Allman for a third consecutive year closed more than $1 billion in sales for their clients. Agents have sold a half-dozen homes priced at $10 million and higher so far in 2023.

“I have always wanted to learn from the best. Working with some of the most accomplished Realtors and industry leaders in North Texas is a dream come true for me and my family,” Chase said.

When he interviewed with Allman President Keith Conlon and learned about Allman’s commitment to its 400 agents, he said he knew the Allman firm was where he wanted to be. Keith and Chase also bonded over their mutual love of baseball, he said.

Chase entered the real estate business during one of the market’s fastest-growing periods. His medical studies of kinesiology have proved valuable, allowing him to use his knowledge of human movement to run faster and capitalize quickly on the favorable trends in North Texas real estate.

Prior to joining Allman, Chase and colleagues successfully negotiated an $11 million transaction in Vail, Colorado. But as exciting as it is to sell a multimillion-dollar property, he is equally excited about helping first-time buyers invest in a home that begins their journey to financial security.

“Chase’s work ethic is what makes him the best among the pack,” said a client who has worked with Chase for several years. “Never seen such a dedicated agent who is 24×7 responding to your texts and calls and always there with a positive attitude.”

He added, “Buying/Selling a home is equally stressful, and this is where Chase makes it a piece of cake. He is thorough and very detail-oriented and doesn’t waste time sending or showing you properties that don’t suit your profile. He is a true professional.”

Chase enjoys volunteering at his church and spending time with his wife, family, and their dogs, Raider and Polo. To let Chase help you buy your next home, contact him at 214-621-9446 or [email protected].
