As the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship approaches May 24-28, developer Stillwater Capital has announced the next phase of its long-term plan for the PGA Frisco area, The Link.

The Link will be the premier mixed-use district in Frisco, bringing 240 acres of best-in-class residential, retail, restaurants, office, and hospitality to North Texas’ fastest-growing market, all within walking distance to PGA Frisco. The initial 352-unit multifamily project, public realm landscaping, roads, and utilities for the district are slated to break ground this spring and will be completed in time for the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in the summer of 2025.

“We are already under construction on a 30-acre residential project with townhome and cottage residential elements,” states Stillwater Capital cofounder Robert Elliott. “This one-of-a-kind project is designed around a pedestrian promenade that connects the district’s mixed-use components to PGA Frisco and the broader neighborhood.”

Outdoor Lifestyle at The Link

Resort-inspired green space is the overarching motif at The Link, with plans for a 2-plus acre neighborhood park, pet-friendly outdoor environments, residential private yards, views of the more than 600-acre golf course program, and access to the expansive Frisco hike-and-bike trail network.

Set against a panorama of world-class golf course greenery, The Link’s mixed-use offerings will feature destination retail including indoor and outdoor restaurants, entertainment venues, and boutique shopping experiences. The community is designed for optimum walkability and will also provide direct access to the Omni PGA Frisco Resort with amenities including:

  • Two 18-hole golf courses, short course, and clubhouse
  • World-class golf performance center
  • Resort spa and wellness facilities
  • Golf retail and entertainment village
  • Eatery options ranging from casual to fine dining
  • 127,000 square feet of meeting and event space

Live, Work, and Play

Working with a view will be standard at The Link, with 2.4 million square feet of Class A offices ranging from boutique space to a 40-acre corporate campus, all with convenient access to the district’s retail and residential elements. Much of the office space is located on nearly 4,000 linear feet of Legacy Drive frontage along the Fields Ranch East Course, providing premium PGA Championship course sightlines for employees and their guests.

Containing more than 2,700 units at full build-out, residents will have direct promenade access to the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, solidifying this community as a hub for those looking for a lifestyle encompassing sports, wellness, and luxury.  Residents will have options to suit a variety of preferences within a neighborhood that boasts prime walkability and nature-filled sightlines. Amenities in the initial multifamily project include:

  • State-of-the-art fitness center
  • Resort-style pool
  • Resident lounge with golf simulator
  • Putting green
  • Courtyard with fire pit

“The Link is one of North Texas’ largest and most dynamic mixed-use developments,” says Stillwater Capital Managing Director Clay Roby. “The combination of PGA Frisco and The Link provides a truly unique lifestyle experience that will attract businesses, residents and leisure travelers from across the nation to enjoy the best that North Texas has to offer.”

My name is Michelle Reynolds and I am the Business Development Manager for Associa Principal Management Group. If The Link has not yet been assigned a property management company, I would love the opportunity to speak with you and share with you Associa Principal Management Group’s services. Likewise, if you have already chosen a management company, if you could make me aware, I would appreciate it.
I look forward to your reply.
