You’ll be Verde With Envy After Seeing The Backyard of This La Cantera Rustic Traditional

Sunsets are always like this in La Cantera at Team Ranch.

Relaxing atmosphere and surroundings. Fabulous finishes throughout the home. Beautiful sunsets and skyline views.

That pretty much sums up this edition of Tarrant County Tuesday as we visit a wonderful stone-and-stucco home in the gated community of La Cantera at Team Ranch.

Let’s Start Outside

While I traditionally start Tarrant County Tuesday discussing the home and the interior, this time I’m going to get a little saucy and tell you about the outside of this 6,246-square-foot home. What can I say, I’m feeling wild and spontaneous!

No need for a mower here — the backyard is 100 percent artificial turf.

Located on the crest of a hill in La Cantera at Team Ranch, 5209 West Verde Circle benefits from an elevated homesite that allows for beautiful views of the Fort Worth skyline and Texas sunsets. While many would spend their weekends and spare time pushing a lawnmower around, there’s no need for that at this property. The entire backyard is lush and has beautiful artificial turf.

Within the yard is an elegant pool and spa. I love how tight the pool coping is compared to others that have way too much concrete around it. This pool and coping are clean and crisp, which gives the yard an elegant but comfortable look. Aside from looking good, less concrete means less hot pavement to walk on during hot summer months.

Large gatherings and meals al fresco can be easily enjoyed.

Of course, if you don’t want to splish-splash in the pool or spa, the covered patio with intricate brick tile in a herringbone pattern offers plenty of options. From grilling meals or just chilling by the fireplace watching some TV, the opportunities for enjoyment are endless.

Relax and enjoy all of the spaces the backyard has to offer, including a stone fireplace.

As the day winds down, take advantage of the firepit in the company of friends.

Now For What’s Inside

Of course, a home can have amazing outdoor spaces and be a real downer inside. That is certainly not the case with this home.

Stay inside and still have great backyard views.

When it starts getting a bit too warm for you to hang outside, you have plenty of options inside 5209 W. Verde Circle. Not only are there six bedrooms and five-and-one-half bathrooms in this spacious abode, but there are also three living areas, two dining areas, an open floor plan kitchen, and four fireplaces!

In addition, should you need a savory beverage, there is a fantastic multi-purpose butler’s pantry, prep area, and beverage bar off the formal sitting area.

The kitchen features a large island and a double-oven Wolf range.

If alone time is more of what you crave over indoor or outdoor gatherings, or if you just need a little space to wind down after a busy day, look no further than the primary suite.

The primary bathroom is spacious and well appointed.

Of course, there is the upstairs balcony with firepit, the game room, and a third bay in the garage that makes for the perfect workout room, but you’ll have to see them for yourself when you tour this home. Enjoy.
