Do you know a Texas Realtor Association Executive who exudes the qualities of excellence, service to members, personal and professional accomplishments, and an eye toward achievement? Then you should nominate them for the Tom D. Morton Memorial Award.

Morton was the executive vice president of the Houston Association of Realtors for 20 years. During his tenure, Morton helped establish new standards for executive officers around the nation. Those who are executives within state and local Realtor organizations now have the RCE designation that distinguishes them.

As a way of honoring Morton and reminding Realtors of the excellence he displayed, the Texas Realtors Association Executive Council and the Houston Association of Realtors established the Tom D. Morton Memorial Award. This award is designed to recognize association executives for their excellence, their service to their members, and their personal and professional accomplishments and achievements.
