This Budget-Friendly Home Over in East Dallas Will Have You Feeling Your Oates

UM HELLO, this house is so cute. It’s in East Dallas on Oates and it’s under $300,000. Like, well under. It’s listed at $239,900!!

Okay, TRUE, Oates is kind of a busy street, and TRUE, this house only has one bathroom, but it is so freaking cute.
