Walk To Preston Hollow Village From This Fabulous Find

Share News:

This Joyce is CHO-ICE. You can say that, but you have to sing-song it. I am digging the darn heck out of this curb appeal at 7237 Joyce Way. It’s so symmetrical, it makes my inner OCD scream with delight, but at a respectable level. (And I get there are more windows on one side, but still, SYMMETRY.)

This hecka cool home that’s such a short walk to Preston Hollow, it will do LITTLE for getting your steps in.

What else is it close to? How about the Glen Lakes Plaza that already has a Trader Joe’s and continues to pack it in with great stuff?

Oh, and how about this house? It’s completely updated including a recently resurfaced pool, new tile and new pool equipment. You get all the “new” plus a huge, deep diving pool which are harder and harder to find these days. Benefit of big? Not even the Texas sun can turn this one into a hot tub. It stays cool and relaxing all summer long. (I am assuming. I haven’t actually dog-paddled around this puppy.) There’s also a fantastic back patio that’s turfed and covered and a board on board fence that was recently restained.

Inside the kitchen is open and expansive. Double ovens, neutral countertops and cabinets, plus premium white oak flooring. And they took care of the plumbing, too.

Recessed lighting in all the rooms. So light and bright.

The primary bathroom was taken to the studs and a free-standing bathtub was added. Plus check out that entire half wall of mirror where you can watch yourself doing windsprints because seriously, this bathroom is big.

All the rooms are, well, roomy. There’s plenty of space to pop a dresser and a chest of drawers.

And if you’re in love with this one, you’re in luck. When it first hit the market, it was under contract almost immediately, but the buyer backed out due to financing, and now? This little stunner is just sitting there waiting for you. Briggs Freeman’s Melissa Jennings has the four-bedroom, three and one-half bathroom home at 7237 Joyce Way listed for $925,000.
