With single-family home inventory at an all-time low, it’s no wonder that homes in the sky are becoming more sought after. It’s also no wonder that homes at the tip top are becoming even more coveted. If you’re seeking a penthouse in Dallas, you’re in luck, too. Not only are there some stellar options on the market, they represent some of the best buildings in Dallas — and in style, too!

We took a look at what was on offer right now and compiled our top-five penthouse buys in the core of Dallas. Obviously, these units scream over-the-top luxury and have all of the best amenities. Interestingly enough, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s actually has seven total penthouses on the market right now, and some of them are *chef’s kiss*.

Here are some of our favorites:

1747 Leonard Street #2701

Of course, the first photo you see of this listing is the private terrace pool at the penthouse atop HALL Arts Residences. We’ve expounded on this building time and again (it’s just that incredible!) so we know you’re familiar with it, but what we love most about this soaring luxury home is how customizable it is. This is an opportunity for a truly custom penthouse at the pinnacle of one of the most innovative and luxurious buildings in Dallas.

Kyle Richards and Cindy Caudle of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty are offering 1741 Leonard St. #2701 for $15 million.

2430 Victory Park Lane #2900

Victory Park is such an underrated location. Sure, we love a high-rise in downtown Dallas, in Uptown, and even in the Park Cities. But in Victory Park you get views, action, and a centrally accessible location. This particular penthouse has 360-degree views of downtown Dallas, with stunning sights for your next dinner party. Plus, the amenities at The W are excellent, with everything you could want at your fingertips.

Kari Schlegel and Allie Beth Allman of Allie Beth Allman and Associates have listed 2430 Victory Park Lane #2900 for $7.9 million.

2300 Wolf St. Ph 20AB

The Stoneleigh is just such a beautiful building. This gorgeous high-rise, a development from Mehrdad Moayedi, oozes class and luxury. This particular unit, a penthouse listed by the one and only Sharon Quist, is such an unbelievable specimen of ingenious style. The window wall that separates the spacious living area from the immense dining area is a brilliant way to keep the views going throughout this more-than 7,500-square-foot unit.

Sharon Quist of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate has listed 2300 Wolf. St. Ph 20AB for $6.975 million.

2900 McKinnon St. #3001

When people say that something is “to die for,” they don’t literally mean that they’d lay down on the train tracks for it. But, when you look at this mind-bogglingly beautiful penthouse at the very top of the Azure, you get pretty darn close. This is another one of those stunning units complete with a private pool, walls of windows that take in all the downtown views, and full of high-end finishes that you just want the chance to grace its space. Look up “living in the lap of luxury” in the dictionary and you’ll definitely find this penthouse.

Pogir Pogir and Lisa Besserer of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty have listed 2900 McKinnon St. #3001 for $5.695 million.

1717 Arts Plaza #2307

This two-story penthouse on the 23rd floor of the mixed-use One Arts Plaza features the latest technology and luxury amenities outmatched only by the dramatic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and two spacious terraces. Boasting three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, three fireplaces, multiple living areas, and a custom kitchen in 4,839 square feet, the incorporation of glass for walls and other interior elements adds to the open-concept plan. Yet a quick draw of curtains is all it takes for a private sanctuary to materialize.

Faisal Halum of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has listed 1717 Arts Plaza #2307 for $4.5 million.
