Amenities of Southlake, Keller Price Tag: This Weekend 100 Is a Great Entry Point

KellerPeople love Southlake for the schools and the amenities, but they don’t necessarily always love the price tag involved in living there. But Keller, the neighboring ‘burb, has long been considered a great alternative — close to all the Southlake amenities (plus a few great ones of its own), great schools, and friendlier house prices.

Keller ISD got an A grade from the Texas Education Agency’s A-F accountability scoring, too.

This week’s Weekend One Hundred is an example of what you can get for less than $200,000 in Keller — and it’s actually quite a bit. Located in Keller’s West Bursey Ranch neighborhood, the three-bedroom, two-bath house sits in a cul-de-sac.

In fact, 2083 Rodeo Court probably checks off a lot of boxes for a first-time homebuyer. Cute curb appeal, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the common areas, wood flooring throughout, a wood-burning fireplace, and a yard big enough for entertaining.

The kitchen may be a smidge smaller, but the fact that it’s open to the main living area makes it feel more substantial.

All three bedrooms are carpeted, and the secondary bedrooms are split from the master suite, which boasts granite counters and a separate shower.

This Keller Traditional is priced at $199,900, and is listed by Cindie Stewart with Texas Sold Team Realty. To see more photos, click here.
