“Because the 505 is so close to Dallas, people often start buying an acre or two — the homesites are set so far apart, you will never see your neighbors,” says Suzanne Warner of Compass, who is marketing the Cedar Creek Lake property for Eastern Partners. “They end up loving it so much, they buy more and more, compiling compounds.”

It’s safe, it’s secure, and unlike many similar communities, every lot at the 505 has a lake view, thanks to miles of shoreline.

Adds Suzanne. “And you can own your own private boat dock so you can hit the water whenever the spirit moves you, at any time, day or even night.”
