Midway Hollow Rental Zoned for Great Schools

Share News:

Midway HollowMidway Hollow is hot — even with all the new construction, it’s managed to maintain the things that make people want to live there — the friendly neighbors, the tree-lined streets, and the access to great schools.

So when we came across this three-bedroom, two bath home on Dunhaven Road for rent, we knew we should share.

Realtor Caren Clemmer co-owns the property, and you can tell that as a real estate professional, she knew what was needed to make the home ready for renters — a 2014 remodel has the bright, light 1,350 square foot abode boasting refinished hardwood floors, new tile flooring in the kitchen, new appliances, and updated bathrooms.

And even better, if you’re looking for a family home with great public schools, you can’t get much better than the block this home is on. The home (like most of Midway Hollow) is zoned for the popular Withers Elementary but is an easy walk to Foster Elementary as well. Both schools offer Two-Way Dual Language Spanish Immersion.

Withers is in the W.T. White High School feeder pattern. In 2017, White received seven distinctions from the TEA, making it the only comprehensive high school in the district to win all seven distinctions. In 2018 it received four.

The Midway Hollow home at 3880 Dunhaven Road rents for $2,300 a month.
