Here is Jordan SpiethNo. 2 in the Official World Golf Ranking, getting his coveted green jacket. So proud of this guy! He graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, though I have heard an unconfirmed rumor (which is why it’s a rumor) he spent some time at St Mark’s.

Jordan went to the University of Texas at Austin, left midway through his sophomore year in 2013, and started playing pro golf. He learned to play golf as a wee one at Brookhaven Country Club, where his family, who lives in Midway Hills, still belongs. He’s got the gift!

This weekend, the humble and most gentlemanly young man from Dallas graduated to major golf champion on the sport’s biggest stage. The 21-year-old held off strong runs and swings from the world’s best players. On Sunday, he became the world’s second-youngest golfer to claim the highly coveted green jacket. Tiger Woods was the first in 1997.

The University of Texas even burned UT tower orange in his honor Sunday night.

Jordan Spieth lives in Dallas, and we have told you that his Uptown townhome is on the market for $1,285,000. And that he bought a new, 7,378-square-foot stone mansion for $2.2ish in Preston Hollow, near Bluffview. Jump to see photos of Jordan Spieth’s townhome!

This brilliance is listed for only $1,285,000 with the darling Tia Gannon at Rogers Healy & Associates. You walk into Jordan’s Uptown townhome from a courtyard loaded with a fire pit and a peaceful fountain that masks any negative noise (as if any noise in Uptown could be negative).

Walk right into a limestone stone foyer and floors everywhere of rich, dark bamboo. To the left, a huge living room furnished, as you can see, with a pool table. Which is negotiable! Walk to the right, you have the dining room and Bulthaup kitchen, which is fully loaded with sleek counters, cabinets, and tip-top level appliances, including a wine cooler. I mean, Bulthaup! The garage entrance is in this room, with a close by powder bath.

Across from the powder potty is a wall of wine holders, with a cork wall background. Jordan has a whole wine room in his new Preston Hollow mansion!

There is a newly added media room and it is huge. The master bedroom/bathroom is a total knock-out with a center tub flanked by two showers, TWO FREAKING SHOWERS! There are his and her sinks on opposite sides, and storage galore. There is a laundry room in the master bath, in a large closet and NOT a stack unit so you can fold on top plus storage (stack units are such wimps)  plus a champagne bar with connection for an icemaker-fridge. Could also be a coffee bar. Or a love bar!

This is no ordinary townhome!

The third floor contains the guest rooms, another laundry room with a sink, media room, a media control room for the media that serves as a computer office behind a closed door, or just a good place to hide and get some work done.

Other is the aforementioned entrance courtyard. Oh, and did I tell you there is a central elevator to all floors? So baby boomers with troublesome knees, rejoice! Got you covered. (My husband just had knee surgery and let me tell you, you want an elevator!) This brilliance is listed for only $1,285,000 with the darling Tia Gannon at Rogers Healy & Associates. You know, Rogers — my second son!

This is the spa that just might have been the scene of some serious post-Master partying… but I guess the party has moved to Preston Hollow.
