Did you hear the cheers coming from the other side of the Metroplex today? It’s that time of the year when brokerages are honoring top producers at parties that seem to get wilder with every press release. Last week it was Virginia Cook at Brookhollow. Today it was Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty paying tribute to the firm’s 2014 Top Producers at a reception at the Modern Art Museum in Fort Worth.

As you may know, a strong Dallas-Fort Worth market paved the way for the firm to post its best year ever in 2014 with nearly $2 billion in sales. President and CEO Robbie Briggs says it is none other than his extraordinary agents who have helped the boutique firm achieve such marked success.

“Our agents have a strong commitment to delivering excellence in every transaction, to every client regardless of price point,” says Briggs. “We live to give the extraordinary in everything we do, and I couldn’t be more honored to work with such an incredible group of individuals.”

Leading the award recipients was Jonathan Rosen, named Individual Top Producer for 2014, followed by the second highest Individual Top Producer, Ilene Christ, and third highest Individual Top Producer, Amy Detwiler.

Let me pause to tell you a little about these three. Jonathan I adore, felt like I sort of watched him grow up as he began his career with Briggs several years ago when I was just beginning to blog. He is non-stop work, which is what it takes to be a super successful agent. So proud. Ilene Christ is a selling machine and she is doing a lot of that selling at Museum Tower, where she also lives with her husband. Amy Detwiler is the kind of woman who gets more beautiful (and skinny) with each baby she has and then manages a family, a career, and a home remodel all at the same time with grace and acuity.

The 2014 Team Top Producer title went to John Zimmerman, with Claire Dewar’s team coming in at a close second and Becky Frey (you go girl!) clinching the third place to round out the awards.

The firm’s leadership position in the growing North Texas housing market is no small feat. They attribute their cutting-edge marketing strategies, strong local and global reach and superior customer experience, for solidifying the brand. They are one of the reasons why we have such amazing agents in North Texas.

“We have expanded our presence in Fort Worth to better serve buyers and sellers across the Metroplex, and continue to introduce investment opportunities to China, Dubai, and the UAE, as we strive for excellence and create more exciting opportunities for our agents and loyal clientele,” says Briggs.

Here is the full list of agents receiving Top Producer Awards at Briggs. And now, party on you folks — you deserve it!
