“I pass by this eyesore of a development daily on my morning jog. I’m sure that the end result will be a nice addition to the neighborhood, once it’s completed but in the meantime, it looks like a dump. The grass is overgrown, the silt fence is definitely non-compliant, thus allowing runoff of dirt and debris into the stormwater drains, and as of this morning, the moisture barrier siding has now made it’s way into the street. Oddly enough, the project completion date on the SWPPP shows June 2018, Lord…please tell me that we don’t have to put up with this for the next four years!?”

We sure hope not. Hey, D.R. Horton, what’s up?

Looks like they dont understand the little Bryan Place neighborhood, that small little enclave is home to some of the heavy hitters at City Hall. After all these years the big corporate types are still failing at the urban infill game, they keep pounding the square peg of their financial models and single family procedures.

Turning a farm or ranch into suburbia is much different than inserting additional density to an already established place.

We will be building again and have noticed this builder has made it’s way up here in central Oklahoma. I can say we will be steering clear of any addition where they are building. Their end product is cookie cutter and less than stellar plus the homes do not have an optimum resale value.
