10-nonesuch-rd-dallas-tx-1-High-Res-610 Nonesuch Road, better known as the Stanley Marcus estate in Lakewood, has been on the market for a little over two months now.  I say on the market, yes, but NOT in MLS. Asking price is $5.4 million. As I may have told you, a few weeks ago Tracy Kornet from CBS-11 popped in for an exclusive interview with the owners of the home, Mark and Patty Lovvorn. I am told that interview will run this Friday, and of course we will post it right here for your viewing pleasure!
