Green Cove Front

My favorite place to ogle houses is while jogging, walking, or cycling around White Rock Lake. There are some gorgeous homes that have fabulous views of Dallas’ crown jewel, and I just envy every one of them.

After my jog this morning, I decided to see what’s on the market in the area, and I found a gorgeous, updated ranch in Green Cove Estates that is more than worthy of being our Monday Morning Millionaire listing. Huge trees, huge lot, and even huge-er style points for this home!

With five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, and extra space added over the garage, this home has plenty of room for a large family. Not only is this 3,900-square-foot home spacious, it is completely updated with understated, elegant finishes that anyone could love. This beautiful home in Green Cove Estates is marked by Scott Carlson for $1.089 million.

That’s value, considering the size, location, and condition of the property. Not many homes in this price range come on the market around White Rock Lake, so I am sure this beauty at 7222 Brookcove won’t be available for long. I love the huge windows in the dining room, the adjustable track lighting – perfect for those with an art collection – and the French doors.

Green Cove Living

The kitchen is a habitual entertainer’s dream with huge granite counters and crisp white cabinets, Viking stainless steel appliances, including both a range with oven and built-ins, and tons of prep space. The island is the perfect spot to chat up friend while you prepare a four-course meal. On the other hand, you could cater the whole affair and just enjoy a bottle from the wine chiller instead.

The neutral color scheme and finish out, along with the hardwood floors throughout the first level, make this home very attractive to just about all tastes. The master bedroom is spacious at 18 x 17, and has a beautiful five-piece bath with marble tile. There are actually two five-piece baths in the home, and both are just gorgeous.

If you like to make the most of the days we have beautiful weather, there are two outdoor living areas in the back of this house including a deck and a lovely stone patio. With the spacious lawn, there’s ample room for entertaining a crowd.
