Tuesday Two Hundred: Live in the Honeypot of Oak Lawn and Club It Up

Share News:

Let’s face it: living in Oak Lawn is just fun. Oak Lawn was the first place we ever lived in Dallas, and you get a kind of free swinging singles vibe that can be fun at 25 or 65. And of course, you have the best entertainment in town come Friday night there on Cedar Springs. Remind me to tell you about the night I went out to Station 4 and the Round Up Saloon!  That’s why this two story, 1226 square foot condo in the honey pot of Oak Lawn at 4424 Holland #104 really caught my eye.

First of all, pristine interiors, designer paints, tall ceilings, track lighting (which I would replace, sorry), nicely updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, recessed lighting (there we go), natural light and double French doors.Walk upstairs to a spacious Master with yet another wood-burning fireplace, black-out shades for privacy, and a nicely updated bath with skylight. There is a guest room up here, too, with full bath, half bath downstairs. Private fenced patio and courtyard entrance. All this for $195,000.

Now what do we think about those fluffy wuffy toilet seat covers?

Only $195k? Wow. My jaw is dropping. That's a steal for someone renting in that neighborhood! I bet it goes quick!
