Friday Four Hundred: Northwood Hills Family Home With Leave-It-To-Beaver Feel, and a Yard Big Enough for a Beaver Colony

Share News:

You know how much I love Northwood Hills with those great Richardson schools! My nephews and nieces lived up here for years and all four are wonderfully educated. My nephew James is even making movies now with Tom Hanks. So when I tell you this house at 7507 Spring Valley Road is not just beautiful but a bargain, I kid you not. It sits on a freshly landscaped lot and the home overfloweth with updates. You get a whopping 4588 square feet, five bedrooms, four and a half baths, three living areas, and two stories. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, newly stained cabinetry, a 6 burner gas cooktop, and those requisite granite countertops. Out the French doors the master bedroom overlooks a lush, .43 acre backyard with a pool, which is all about why I love me some Northwood Hills. But my favorite of all here is the newly strutted up master bath with jetted tub, shower, new countertops and gorgeous cabinetry.

Wait. Maybe my favorite is the newly reduced price: $499,999 reduced from $525,000.

Thanks Candy, I love this neighborhood too, it's where I want to live 'when I grow up"!!
It's trees, curved streets and homes are just beautiful, and yes the schools are great too. We
live nearby and are using them all and there is a nice community feel in this entire area!
