Gorgeous! Some updates to the cabinet and door hardware and new appliances would go a looong way in that house. Do you think they'll do an even trade for a crooked house in the M Streets???? I want it!!! I always say Richardson is the best compromise between city life and the 'burbs!

Lovely but with all that RISD education one should spell Wellesley and Tom Hanks correctly!
