Friday Four Hundred: So Cheap You Can Still Have a Mercedes on Mercedes, Plus a Master Shower Big Enough for Block Parties

Share News:

I have been test-driving the Mercedes ML and just love it, so I am in an M Streets frame of mind. How could I resist this darling Greenland Hills tudor on one of THEE very best blocks that has a shower big enough for a block party? Built in 1929 but very much updated to the prsent, yet hand-crafted charm and history abounds. This is a house you want to hug, from the gleaming original hardwoods to a master bath that will knock your socks off. (This is a Master you will want to take to bed!) The master bedroom and bath is huge, and the car-wash shower is the pride of the neighborhood. (I hear block parties are in fact held in this shower.)  The kitchen features custom maple cabinets, large gas range, granite tile counters & opens to the den. The den has stained concrete floors, fireplace, wood beams, & tall ceilings that bring in lots of natural light. The home is more than 2100 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and two living areas. You will want to live inside this house, but outside is a great fenced yard and huge patio for BBQs. Primo M Streets area and even a two-car garage space for that Mercedes ML. 5215 Mercedes is listed at $434,900. Do we have a great real estate market or what?
