Bueno is known for his contemporary taste, but with a warmth and sophistication that is truly exceptional. He also thinks of logical things like adding the plugs to the baseboard instead of the walls.

“It’s a perfect pocket,” Deleon said. “It takes me 15 minutes to get to work downtown, and I don’t have to get on a highway. The neighbors have become my closest friends, and I feel very safe. When I leave town, I just let my neighbors know, and they look out for me. You have the people who have lived here for over 30 years and newcomers, so it’s a great blend.”
