Global Open House Event Features Sotheby’s International Listings in Hot North Texas Burbs
Share News:

We bet you’ve never heard of an open house like this.
From Aspen to Amagansett, from Dubai to Dallas, homes around the world will be open for touring this weekend. It’s part of the Open House Showcase by Sotheby’s International Realty, a two-day event featuring a wide range of listings across its global network.
Whether you’re browsing or ready to buy, you can discover residences with character and craftsmanship this Saturday and Sunday (April 11-12). About 2,000 properties will be open at a variety of price points, from a $37 million waterfront home in Palm Beach to a co-op in a midcentury Washington, D.C. complex listed for less than $200,000.
In North Texas, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty is opening dozens of listings, including homes priced up to nearly $15 million in Highland Park and surrounding cities.
Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s agents are paying particular attention to growing demand in suburban and exurban markets, with open houses scheduled in Coppell, McKinney, Allen, Flower Mound, Aledo, and nearby areas. These suburban listings range from less than $1 million up to $6 million, and include every style, too, from Mediterranean to European to Contemporary.
The suburbs are hot, and the exurbs — the areas beyond the suburbs — are hotter still as North Texas grows. May we remind you that we’re 8.5 million happy residents strong and headed to 10 million in the next few years, according to projections.
So, what’s your fancy? It awaits — and it could be anywhere. More information, including a full list of participating homes, is available at sothebysrealty.com/openhouse and briggsfreeman.com/open.
