White Rock Home Tour

Dates: April 26-27 from noon to 5 p.m.
Celebrating its 17th year, this tour showcases Midcentury Modern and Contemporary residential architecture of six homes in East Dallas. It’s a perennial favorite and the largest showing of architecturally significant Ju-Nel homes in North Texas.
Tickets are $35 and children under 12 are free. Proceeds benefit the students and teachers of DISD’s Hexter Elementary.

Munger Place Wine Walk & Homes Tour
Date: April 26 from 2 to 6 p.m.
Explore five historic homes in the Munger Place neighborhood, each over a century old. Attendees can enjoy wine selections and light bites at each location.
The tour is hosted by the Munger Place Historic District Association. Tickets are currently $55 and $70 starting on Saturday, April 19. Proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Club of East Dallas and local schools.

Hollywood Home Tour
Dates: May 2-3 from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday wine walk and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday tour
Step into the history and charm of Hollywood and the Santa Monica neighborhoods with the Hollywood Home Tour & Wine Walk, featuring six historic gems from the 1920s and 1930s, plus a new build that honors the neighborhood’s charm.
Tickets for the wine walk and home tour are $40; tickets for the home tour only are $30. Proceeds from this year’s tour support local elementary schools that feed into Woodrow Wilson High School and other neighborhood projects.

Preservation Park Cities Home Tour

Dates: May 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Kick off mother’s day weekend with the annual Park Cities Home Tour, an event that offers a glimpse into some of the most beautiful homes in the Park Cities. This year, three residences will be featured as part of the well-attended event.
Tickets are $35. Proceeds from the tour are used to fund various initiatives, including landmarking, supporting the Preservation Park Cities archives at the University Park Library, and awarding scholarships to Highland Park High School students.

Swiss Avenue Mother’s Day Home Tour
Dates: May 10-11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday
This year marks the 50th Year of the Swiss Avenue Historic District Mother’s Day Home Tour featuring exquisite examples of some of the early 20th Century’s most popular architectural styles. Guests can travel between all tour stops on air-conditioned mini-coaches or opt for a horse-drawn carriage ride. The home tour also features live entertainment, an art fair, and food trucks.
Tickets are $35 and children under 12 are free. A portion of the tour proceeds supports Lipscomb Elementary, J.L. Long Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson High School.

Fairmount Mother’s Day Home Tour

Dates: May 10-11 from noon to 5 p.m.
The Fairmount Neighborhood Association will celebrate its 43rd tour of historic homes in the Fairmount National Historic District on Fort Worth’s popular southside. This year’s tour will feature 8 houses and an outdoor fair held in Fairmount Park.
Tickets are $20 until May 9, and $25 at the door. Proceeds from the tour are used to support the preservation, restoration, and maintenance of the Fairmount neighborhood and its surrounding historic district.
