If Midcentury Modern is your thing, you’d do well to place Overton Park on your radar because it houses a rich inventory of the genre.

I covered, with pleasure, one of my favorite Midcentury Modern spreads in Overton Park two years ago. This is hardly surprising considering the 49-acre development, once part of Edwards Ranch, was dedicated in 1959. But this stunner at 3909 Overton Park Dr. E is already under active contract after only two days on the market.
