Centurion’s Collin Creek Homes Now Selling

The first homes in Centurion American Development Group’s highly anticipated new Collin Creek master-planned community in Plano are ready to hit the market. The $1 billion project on the site of the old Collin Creek Mall will feature 500 single-family homes, 2,300 multifamily units, and 300 independent-living residences — with move-in dates as early as this month.

Located on Alma Drive between Plano Parkway and 15th Street, the development will also include 300,000 square feet of retail space, with over 60,000 square feet dedicated to restaurants. Residents will enjoy a pedestrian-friendly environment with eight acres of park space and 1.6 miles of walking trails.

Centurion seeks to redefine the U.S. 75 corridor with downtown Plano nearby, anchored by Collin Creek as a premier destination for living, working, and leisure.

“Collin Creek will be one of the most unique communities in North Texas,” Centurion American CEO Mehrdad Moayedi said in a statement. “Partnering with the City of Plano has allowed us to reimagine a significant Collin County landmark in a way that retains the history of the original mall while creating a forward-looking community designed to bring Plano into its next century.”

Ashton Woods, Brightland Homes, and Mattamy Homes are the featured builders, each offering a distinct collection of townhome designs. Model homes are open for tours seven days a week.

Ashton Woods is offering two- and three-story townhomes ranging from 1,572 to 2,413 square feet. These three- and four-bedroom homes boast open-concept living areas, expansive walk-in closets, and two-car garages, with prices starting at $495,000.

Brightland Homes offers a variety of floorplans and sizes, ranging from 1,522 to 2,222 square feet. These elegantly appointed two- and three-bedroom townhomes feature open-concept living areas, two-car garages, and upgraded décor amenities. Prices start at $479,990.

Mattamy Homes brings a selection of spacious three-story floorplans to Collin Creek, ranging from 2,325 to 2,362 square feet. These homes offer at least three and one-half baths, with many featuring a first-floor bedroom, Energy-Star appliances, and options for game rooms and studies. Prices start at $594,950.

City Parks and Amenities

The new Collin Creek is envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use project. Last December, Centurion said its major milestone was the completion of the fully underground parking garage. This massive structure was designed to provide ample parking for residents, their guests, and visitors to the 340,000 square feet of retail and dining space, while allowing landscaped parks to take center stage over parking lots.
