Ebby Halliday Companies Has Strong Showing in RealTrends Verified Rankings

Every year, the top tier of residential real estate talent nationwide is identified by RealTrends and Tom Ferry through their RealTrends Verified Real Estate Professionals. (You may have caught wind of this late last week on social media through the flurry of celebratory posts by brokerages and local agents.) The prestigious ranking is based on two key metrics: the total number of transactions (units sold or home sales) an agent participated in and the total sales volume generated from those sales.

When the final results were released online Friday, May 31, the Ebby Halliday Companies had several reasons to be thrilled — 248 reasons, actually. That’s how many agents from EHC’s three brokerages — Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, and Williams Trew — made the esteemed list. Put another way, 13 percent of the company’s total agent count was recognized for their hard work and diligence alongside some 27,000 others nationwide.
