Aubrey Dym is a Bright Addition to Growing Landsea Homes Presence

As a young girl, Aubrey Dym grew up observing the real estate industry with a father who is a developer in San Antonio. Now, as an adult herself, she has carrying the love she developed — no pun intended — into that same career.
“I grew up driving land with him on the weekend, walking job sites, and calling brokers for him. It was all I knew, and I chose to go into the same business,” Dym said. “Three out of four of my siblings are also in the business in both Dallas and San Antonio.”
Dym was recently named Vice President of Land for Landsea Homes Corporation.
“Aubrey’s experience speaks for itself. She brings a unique strategic perspective and enthusiasm for success that will serve our Dallas-Fort Worth division well as we work to expand our footprint and become one of the top homebuilders in this very important market,” said Landsea Homes DFW Division President Melissa Kelly.
More Land For Landsea Homes
Landsea Homes expanded its Texas presence into the Dallas-Fort Worth region in January 2024 with the acquisition of Dallas-based Antares Homes.
Dym brings more than 16 years of expertise and a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry and will oversee the land acquisition and development strategies for Landsea Homes in one of the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
Prior to joining Landsea Homes, Dym served in various leadership positions at reputable organizations such as Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, Taylor Morrison, and Beazer Homes, where she played an integral role in land acquisition and development initiatives.
“My entire career has been in land acquisition, primarily in Dallas/Fort Worth. However, I have held regional and national roles as well,” she clarified. “At Mill Creek Residential, I ran the BTR (Build to Rent) platform across all Texas markets. In my last three years at Beazer Homes, I was the national head of land for their 55-plus Gatherings brand, sourcing sites with the local divisions across the country.”
And now she is excited to join the Landsea Homes team and contribute to the company’s growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
“I look forward to the opportunities ahead,” she said.
Dym Plans to Shine Bright
As for her goal with the company, she said, “My goal is to continue with the success we’ve had in our current communities and grow this division of Landsea Homes into the core DFW growth sub-markets of northern Tarrant, Denton, Collin, and Kaufman Counties.”
When she’s not helping expand the real estate industry, her hobbies include outdoor activities, traveling, and saving the lives of animals.
“I am an avid skier in the winter, a world traveler when I can get away, and enjoy horseback riding,” she said. “I also volunteer in animal rescue, from which I have foster-failed with two adorable dogs.”
