It was that sweltering Wednesday afternoon last week when ERCOT warned of emergency energy conditions, but that didn’t stop a great turnout for an exclusive CandysDirt.com event at Preston Hollow Village. It did, however, make things a little toasty as attendees shuffled in and out of the luxury home at 9831 Kingsway Ave. and two other listings by Ani Nosnik with Allie Beth Allman and Associates for “Prognosis 2024: Taking the Pulse of a Shifting Market.”
Candy Evans moderated a panel with mortgage experts Scott Rooker of Republic Title and Lisa Peters of Cardinal Financial who discussed the state of the market and the ever-changing landscape of mortgage options.
The event gave CandysDirt.com readers a chance to go beyond the gates of the exclusive multimillion dollar homes of Preston Hollow Village at Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane, and see firsthand three 4,100-square-foot luxury custom homes for sale at 9831 Kingsway, 9827 Kingsway, and 9712 Kerrisdale.
