Have You Arrived? A High-Rise Home in Philippe Starck’s The House Confirms It

Share News:

Would you know when you’ve “arrived”? What exactly would that look like?

Buying your first luxury car?

Picking up the check for your party of 10 at Monarch or Nick & Sam’s?

Not caring what people think anymore?

We’d like to propose that for one fortunate buyer, arrival will look like enjoying this million-dollar view of the Dallas skyline all day, every day. And for under a million dollars! Did we mention that for some people arrival can look like getting more than you pay for?

2200 Victory Avenue #1902 in Philippe Starck’s The House is listed for $899,900 by Kendall Travis with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s Park Cities office.

The House is close to the American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, museums, and coincidentally Nick & Sam’s (7 minutes by car or 23 minutes by foot according to Google Maps). And your new high-rise life comes with a luxurious set of amenities, too, including a 130-foot infinity saltwater pool, owners’ lounge, guest suite, dog park, gym, concierge, valet, on-site storage, and 24-hour security. Already bought that first luxury car? Fantastic! You can park it in one of the two premium spaces with individual electric charging stations.

Says Travis, “This is really a great entry point for high-rise living. So many built-in conveniences and the location is as good as it gets. I especially love the balcony overlooking Uptown and Downtown. Between daily sunrises and watching the hustle and bustle of a major city center below, you might never leave it, and you’ll certainly never run out of things to talk about.”

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows frame those same million-dollar views. So whether you’re preparing dinner in the marble European kitchen with high-end appliances, serving hors d’oeuvres and cocktails in the 400+ square-foot living room, or drifting off to dream in the primary suite with electric shades you’ll never want to use, the twinkling lights and soft glow will mesmerize you.

And may just cause you self-harm. You know, from all the pinching of yourself.

But you won’t care. Bruises and all, you’ve arrived.

It’s an amazing space. FYI it is Starck. Like the Starck Club he designed in the 80s.
