Study Shows Southlake Is Texas’ Wealthiest City And Here Are 3 Homes That Prove It

Share News:

A recent study by a housing data analyst site called HomeSnacks reveals that the wealthiest city in Texas is right here in DFW. Sitting at number one atop a list that includes cities like Highland Village, Keller, and Heath, Southlake apparently reigns supreme. With a population of 31,684 and an astonishing median household income of $239,833, Southlake is as wealthy as Austin is weird. When you consider that the median household income across the country is just over one-quarter of Southlake’s at just above $70K, it really puts some perspective on this prosperous town.

Of course, with big money comes behemoth mansions. On this edition of Suburb Sunday, I invite you to join me as I cover three awe-inspiring homes for sale in the city of Southlake, Texas.

One Decked-Out Designer Home

Address: 704 Love Henry Court

  • Five Bedrooms, Six Bathrooms
  • 5,183 sqft
  • $2,350,000

Starting this off with a showstopper. 704 Love Henry Court is perhaps one of the best examples of owner upgrades I have ever encountered. You can feel the love they put into this property and the timeless style will stand out for generations.

“I absolutely love the quality of stonework that they put into this home,” says listing agent Gabriella Miller. “The unique quartzites and marbles throughout the home show that this interior was renovated by a real craftsman. The design is subtle and soft but with a touch of color that doesn’t overpower you. I’m equally impressed by the staircase renovation which opened the home up. Also, the custom wine display truly adds a wow factor to this residence.”

This home is also in one of the area’s most coveted neighborhoods.

“Homes here rarely go on the market,” says Gabriella. “Because residents don’t have any reason to move out. It’s a tight-knit community and an excellent location.”

Gabriella Miller of Allie Beth Allman & Associates lists 704 Love Henry Court for $2,350,000.

Modern Style Meets Mother Nature

Address: 2700 N Kimball Avenue

  • Four Bedrooms, Six Bathrooms
  • 4,821 sqft
  • $3,398,000

Those who say you can’t have it all have never been to Southlake. One of the best examples of this is 2700 N Kimball Avenue. This luxury modern home was built against an incredible wilderness backdrop. Here, panoramic views of nature are accented by occasional wildlife visits and fresh air is always on tap.

“I absolutely love the views and surroundings that come with the property,” says listing agent Shane Richards. “You’re so close to nature, yet all the amenities of Southlake are just a quick drive away.”

The home itself is just as awe-inspiring as the outdoors around it. From the architecture to the interior, the home is starkly modern and smartly designed. Also, with 4,821 sqft, including a guest house, there is a lot to love.

“The wow factor of the home comes from the outlook and views of Lake Grapevine,” says Shane. “The outdoor living and deck area are absolutely stunning. This home is truly one of a kind.”

Shane Richards of Keller Williams Realty lists 2700 N Kimball Avenue for $3,398,000.
