Priciest Palace in Texas

The home at 6915 Baltimore Drive spans more than 23,000 square feet and sits on 2 acres.

Designed by architect Richard Drummond Davis, this $43 million mansion features exotic Bulgarian limestone, blue-hued quartzite, and African mahogany. Features include just about anything you could think of, like a 10-car garage with electric chargers, a wine room, library, sauna and spa, theater, exercise room, and safe room. Environmentally-friendly homeowners will love the solar panels and 15,000-gallon groundwater tank.

Showroom on Surrey

The amazing property at 5411 Surrey Circle comes in at No. 3 on the list of most expensive listings in the state.

Priced at $24.5 million, the eight-bedroom, 10-bath abode sits on 3.25 acres of artfully landscaped private grounds in Bluffview.

The home was built in 1972, designed by architect Bud Oglesby for a prominent Dallas doctor. The carriage house was constructed in 2014 and 2015.

It’s been recognized with a Design Excellence Award, and it’s easy to see why; with more than 15,000 square feet, there are multiple living areas and sophisticated materials like limestone, walnut, maple, and stainless steel. A cozy wine cellar, billiards room, elevator, five-car attached garage, and piano room make this the property of a lifetime.

Realtor Joan Eleazer, brokered by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, is listing the home.

Arguably one of the best houses in Dallas, the masterpiece at 4516 Dorset Road sits comfortably at the No. 7 spot on the most expensive listings in Texas.

The six-bedroom, six-and-one-half bath stunner in Kelsey Square was built in 2017 and spans more than 10,000 square feet.

Hold on To Your Hathaway

Holding tight at the No. 10 spot is 9520 Hathaway St., listed at $14.9 million.

The luxurious estate is in the Venetian neighborhood of Old Preston Hollow. Nestled on more than an acre and designed by famed architect Richard Drummond Davis, the 2004 home was recently renovated with designer touches like marble and hardwoods.

The nine-bedroom, 11-bath home has a three-story refrigerated wine room, study, theater, billiard room, and gourmet kitchen. The walk-in closets, fitness center, three staircases, and four kitchens make this place a real showpiece.

Betting 6915 Baltimore in Volk Estates will sell for a fraction of the $43 million asking price

It will be comparable to the Crespi Estate in Preston Hollow, which originally went on the market for $135 million and sold several years later for approximately $30 million.
