This Listing at The Ritz Is Where Fashion Sits

For this luxury listing at The Ritz, we’re not going to expressly invoke the name of a certain ’80s song by Taco or an older relic by Irving Berlin. Even if the title is a darn near perfect representation of this listing by Rogers Healy of Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate.

But I will say this, “If you’re blue and you don’t know where to go to, why don’t you go where fashion sits?” The answer is 2525 N. Pearl Street, No. 1704 in the prestigious Residences at The Ritz-Carlton. Hues of rich blue weave throughout the 3,089-square-foot condominium. In fact, with this shade of blue and the impressive selection of suits and fine leather goods in the primary closet, I’d swear this home belongs to Mr. Healy himself (…though it doesn’t).

Healy can tell you what an impressive specimen this two-bedroom, two-bath home is because he’s sold it once before. “The transformation is glamorous,” he says. “This place is glam from head to toe and I think that makes it a unique piece of real estate that stands out among a lot of ‘cookie cutter’ listings.”

Indeed, nothing cookie cutter here. The seller updated nearly everything from its original-yet-still-fabulous-because-it’s-The-Ritz state. That includes replacing all the floors and installing new cabinetry and new granite countertops among other updates.

From the moment you step foot in the marble entryway, wind through the dining room with corner skyline views, make your way to the spacious living area, and retreat to the sumptuous primary suite with a closet you have to see to believe, this home feels like glamour personified.

Healy notes the smart flow of the home, where 3,000-plus square feet feels spacious but not overwhelming. “The owner has done a great job of bringing structure and a flow to this unit where nothing feels crammed,” Healy says.

The primary suite really is a showpiece with its rich cobalt walls and ceiling, contrasting crown molding, and sleek marble floors. The primary bathroom has separate his and hers vanities and a freestanding soaking tub with a stainless steel exterior finish, set on a contrasting tile checkerboard platform.

Then there’s that glorious closet I mentioned earlier. It’s a custom California Closet with a modern wardrobe in gloss black, built-in jewelry drawers, rack accent lighting, and expansive shoe storage. Heaven.

Don’t forget all the perks of living at The Ritz. Residents here enjoy full use of all the five star Ritz-Carlton Dallas services and amenities including the tower’s dedicated concierge and doorman, housekeeping, valet, and 24-hour room service from Fearing’s Restaurant, featuring Southwestern cuisine by celebrity chef Dean Fearing. Enjoy happy hours and breakfasts in the Owner’s Lounge, plus a full-service 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness center with sauna and steam facilities.

All that and you get to pull up to this A.M. Stern-designed Regency-style building. Glamour, style, and yeah, you’ll look like a million dollar trooper. (Couldn’t resist one last song lyric. Putting on The Ritz.)

Rogers Healy has listed 2525 N. Pearl Street, No. 1704 for $4.29 million.
