Allie Beth Allman & Associates is the exclusive broker for the 2021 Kips Bay Show House and Alex Perry is the listing agent. For the past 48 years, Kips Bay has been creating spectacular decorator show houses in New York City, and they have now expanded to Dallas.
The Dallas show house is located in Old Preston Hollow and will be available to tour from September 24-October 24. Proceeds will go to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in NYC, Dwell with Dignity, and The Crystal Charity Ball.
