Hollie O’Gorman’s Latest Listing Is A Stunner Inside and Out

When I asked Ebby Halliday’s Hollie O’Gorman what she loves about 9109 Bryson she honestly answered, everything. But, she added, the backyard in particular.

The pool was just added and it’s the kind of pool that dreams are made of. The relaxing spa, the waterfall and all the right angles. It’s surrounded by artificial turf for low maintenance living and the perfect ground cover that rivals most resorts.

But the pool isn’t all the backyard has to offer. It’s sprawling. O’Gorman said you round one corner and there’s an additional deck with a seating area. The whole lot overlooks a creek and headed on down that way there’s a stone-covered additional seating area. Doesn’t that just sound like the best? Posting up there on summer nights watching fireflies and wondering what you did to get so lucky to snag this home.

Inside the awe continues. The ceilings are soaring, the palette is neutral and restrained and every inch of this home is so ready for the next owners. Hopefully someone who has a tremendous appreciation for the thought and detail that went into it.

O’Gorman revealed this is an interior designer’s home and she spares no expensive. Couple that with exquisite taste and the result is incredible. Like top of the line everything. Windows with black casing, light fixtures that are absolute perfection, and polished concrete floors. And then the occasional eclectic pop.

O’Gorman said that’s one of this designer’s specialties — playing to midcentury but adding a little unexpected something when necessary.

For example, there’s a mini bar tucked off the main living. That’s one of those features you didn’t see coming.

The other? A drive through garage. There’s a circle drive out front and you can pull your car into the garage then open the mega door just beyond your hood and drive on out. That’s just one of those things you’d have to show every guest that stopped by because hello, who even has that?

There’s a skylight in the bathroom and deep charcoal tile in one shower with an unexpected brown-bronze in the other. I’m telling you, this one is legit.

If you’d like to take a look at a home that’s set on a one in a million lot, reach out to O’Gorman. She has the four bedroom, two-and-one-half bath home (with a loft which we didn’t even get to!) listed at $799,900.
